Which engagement is right for us if we've never had an external advisor look at our supply chain?
The Supply Flow Check is the natural starting point. It focuses on a single flow — a procurement cycle, a warehouse handover, or a last-mile route — and gives you a tangible output without a lengthy commitment. Most teams find it opens up useful conversations about what to tackle next.
How much of our team's time will be needed during an engagement?
We design engagements to be low-disruption. A Supply Flow Check typically needs one working session of two to three hours and brief follow-ups. The Logistics Operations Programme is more involved, but we schedule around your team's availability and spread the load across the engagement period.
Do you only serve businesses based in Johor Bahru?

For multi-week programmes, we typically agree a split between commencement and completion. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and confirmed in writing before work begins.
What happens to any business information we share during the engagement?
All information shared with us is treated with discretion and used only for the purpose of the engagement.
